HOW MUCH MONEY NEW JERSEY TAKES IN FROM THE RTF (RECREATIONAL TRAILS FUND).
NOTE: 1/3 OF THE RTF IS SUPPOSE TO GO TO OHV TRAILS IN NEW JERSEY! Then ask yourself where is all the the money going and is this how NJ DEP spent our money in 2005?
